The IFHA Conference took place on 5 October in Paris, France, at Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe. This milestone 60th Conference reflected on the major achievements of the IFHA over the past six decades while also examining the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of horseracing worldwide.

The first International Conference of Horseracing Authorities was organized and hosted by the Société d'Encouragement in Paris on 9 October 1967. Since 1994, the annual Conference has been organized by the IFHA. While the inaugural meeting welcomed 14 attendees representing nine countries, this year's Conference brought together more than 150 delegates from approximately 40 countries, along with numerous racing executives and media representatives. The Japan Racing Association (JRA) has served as the Conference's official partner since 2021.
