BHB continues fight for racing data rights
The BHB is not going to give up on racing's claim on intellectual ownership of race data. It has decided to appeal against a High Court judgement delivered last month in favour of racing TV channel At The Races, which ruled that the BHB could not claim fees for making pre-race data available. The court proceeding are expected to start at the second half of this year.
