Mr Harding was previously the Special Counselor to the Chairman of IFHA.

Both appointments were made on 5 October in Paris with immediate implementation. Mr Harding will continue to be based in Hong Kong and Mr Chesser will be based in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, but both will travel as needed on behalf of the IFHA and to its offices in France.
