Asian betting ring arrests
According to Scottish press, 400 Asian bookmakers have been arrested in the over the weekend who were taking bets on Scottish footbal matches. The bookmakers were based in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. The total handle of the illegal betting rings is estimated at US$ 700million.
